Screwfix Gift Cards and eGift Cards can be redeemed in all Screwfix stores nationwide. Screwfix Gift Cards and eGift Cards cannot be redeemed online or through the Screwfix call centre.

If you are contacting about an order you have already placed, please quote your order number which can be found on your confirmation email.
You will receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm that we received your order.
If you have ordered a Gift Card, you will also receive an email two days before your requested delivery date confirming that the Card has been despatched.
If you have ordered an eGift card, you will receive an additional two emails to confirm when the gift card has been sent and when the recipient has downloaded their eGift card.

Your order will appear as “Voucher Express” on your statement.
Physical Gift Cards will arrive within a Screwfix branded holder with a piece of paper that has your personal message written on it. These will then be packaged in an envelope and delivered to the address stated. Please note Gift Cards loaded with £50.01 or over will require a signature.
eGift Cards will be delivered straight to your recipient’s email address.
Yes, you will be given the option to write a personal message when you buy a Gift card online.
Due to security reasons eGift Cards cannot be paid for with PayPal, however you can use PayPal to buy physical gift cards.
All Gift Cards and eGift Cards will be deactivated after 5 years of non-use. A top up, purchase or balance enquiry is considered the use of a Gift Card.
